Activities without knowing

From Kuhachi’s Japanese blog on 13/06/2020

Our society is a world of so-called ‘the way of our thinking’.

Our politics, works, love relationships.....

Everything is just equal to the way of our thinking.

I am not saying that is wrong.

But it is a fact that everything functions with the way of our thinking.

Our ‘thought’ always divides into more than two.

Right or wrong...

Good or bad...

Like or dislike...

That’s why we tend to say ‘life lies on continuous choices of your own’.

In other words, that is saying life is ‘a world of uncertainty’.

If you always divides anything into more than two, it means that you are always regarding everything as ‘object’.

This way of your regarding, that is, your thinking as ‘object’ is the very ‘world after your recognition’.

That is to say, you always recognize everything and identify it.

It is something like this; you who recognize something and the one which is recognized by you are occurring at that time.

Therefore there is ‘someone or something knowing, recognizing and identifying’.

This shows ‘the world of illusion’.

‘The reality-nature itself’, that is ‘the Dharma’ is an activity which has nothing knowing.

I and Yumi showed this to you yesterday in our zoom talk live.

There was ‘no one , or nothing who was knowing when we were showing, wasn’t there?

This means, in other words, in the reality-nature itself the way of your thinking about Yourself can never intervene.

When you start seeing this reality-nature, you would become impossible to get tricked by things after your recognition.

You do recognize things, but you become aware of the fact that that is not the only truth. Thus you become more calm and sharpe enough to be able to function accordingly, and more peaceful and relaxed naturally.

This is not a matter of ‘aiming in order to become like that’.

If that is the case, you are still determined with the way of your thinking and inevitably going far away again from the Dharma itself, as the reality-nature, the Dharma has nothing to do with the way of your thinking whatsoever.

You do not need to aim at anything at all. You will fall into another way of your thinking about yourself being inferior or negative as long as you are under the way of your thinking.

The reality-nature itself, the Dharma shows that there is nothing you need to do originally by yourself.

無為

mu i..... that is, inaction, standstill, letting things take their own...

Your true nature is equal to an activity or functioning of not knowing originally.

All the other things are always something which are put together after recognizing, whereas your true nature is something you are already doing without knowing it.

Please do 声聞... shou mon... meaning hearing as it is.

Otherwise, you would become more confuse as you try to get it by the way of your thinking.
